Art. 1. General conditions
The terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries. When you order an item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Art 2. Copyright
All images and graphics used by Maya Luna are copyrighted. Images and graphics may not be reproduced or used in public without written permission from Maya Luna.
Art. 3. Agreements & Orders
3.1 The agreement is binding from the moment you place an order. Maya Luna processes orders after the payment is received.
3.2 Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation by email, including the invoice and details of your order.
3.3 Images and specifications are indicative. All products are handmade and may therefore slightly vary.
3.4 Maya Luna has the right to refuse an order and to dissolve an agreement.
3.5 Maya Luna reserves the right to change images and texts on the website without prior notice.
Art. 4. Payment & Payment methods
4.1 Maya Luna offers different secured payment methods with Shopify, all transactions are in euros.
4.2 If Maya Luna has accidentally listed a wrong price and it is clearly incorrect, Maya Luna has the right to adjust the price. Even when the item has already been ordered.
4.3 All prices on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Art. 5. Shipping & Delivery
The shipping confirmed is always an indication, Maya Luna is not responsible for any delay.
5.2 Additional costs may apply to your order by Maya Luna if; you accidentally entered a wrong delivery address, chose the wrong delivery option or has to resend the package for other reasons.
5.3 All jewelry is handmade. We will do our very best to ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Maya Luna always strives to deliver your order within the expected delivery time. If this is not possible for any reason (item is temporarily out of stock or the courier service is on a strike), we will let you know as soon as possible.
5.4 Until the moment of delivery, Maya Luna is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility lies with the customer.
5.5 Please note that the delivery times mentioned in article 4 are the expected delivery times. In case a product is not being delivered within the expected timings, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Maya Luna will always do it’s very best to ensure that your order arrives on time.
Art. 6. Trial, Returns & Exchanges
Maya Luna takes all necessary steps to ensure the quality of the products. Please take in mind that every product is unique because it’s handmade. If you're not satisfied or sure about a product, send an email to info@mayalunaofficial.com within 14 days.
6.1. The responsibility for the return remains at the customers expense. We recommend that you send the shipment with a track & trace code/registered mail. For returns outside the EU, Maya Luna is not responsible for any customs clearance costs.
6..2. If returned items are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse them.
6.3. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification.
6.4. Maya Luna can only transfer the amount of the refund back to the account from where the original payment was made.
Art. 7. Guarantee
Maya Luna gives a 6-month warranty on the quality of the product, after the trial period of 14 days (article 6.1) The warranty is invalid if the product has a defect caused by improper use or if others have attempted to repair the product. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send an email to info@mayalunaofficial.com
